Flipz offers gymnastics-based fitness classes for ages 12 months to 4 years in a clean, safe, fun environment. Remember that tuition at Flipz is month-to-month, which means your child can start at any time when space is available.
Returning Students
If you have attended Flipz within the last 12 months, you do not need to sign a new waiver.

About Us
Flipz was opened in September of 2004 as a fully-equipped recreation and competitive gymnastics gym. After enjoying many years of success with traditional gymnastics instruction and competition, Flipz now offers gymnastics-based fitness classes. Our classes use traditional gymnastics equipment including vault, bars, beams and tumbling surfaces, but also incorporate fun, movement-based fitness through physical learning.
Flipz Founders
Dale & Robyn Grant are the founders and owners of Flipz. They have over 60 years of combined gymnastics coaching experience in Colorado, Washington, Texas, Alabama, California, and New Hampshire. They previously owned and operated two gymnastics gyms in Northern California for eleven years. Together they have built successful gymnastics programs by encouraging children of all ages to achieve their goals and by providing a safe, fun environment for learning. Robyn now teaches the preschool and recreational classes and Dale is the business manager.
